Mobileforce Cloud Platform Scheduled Maintenance 

 

Mobileforce uses a standard weekly maintenance window as follows:  

 

On Fridays, 5 PM Pacific Time to 8 PM Pacific Time

During this weekly maintenance window, maintenance — as well as upgrades — are performed. 

For routine maintenance that involves downtime, an email message will be sent to the  <Mobileforce Cloud Platform Administrators> in your organization three (3) days prior to the event. 

Examples of routine maintenance include: operating system or platform patches, software installs or upgrades, server resizing and instance migration.
