We’ll jump on a call with you and the client to confirm their needs and ask any additional questions required. From there, we’ll gather user requirements and begin working on your exact quote for services.

2. Client Discovery Meeting

We’ll jump on a call with you and the client to confirm their needs and ask any additional questions required. From there, we’ll gather user requirements and begin working on your exact quote for services

3. Client Technical Discovery

If necessary, for migration and/or integration projects, we’ll request access or a screen share of the client’s systems to see the existing setup to evaluate their needs and level of complexity.

4. Client Presentation​

We’ll present our proposal and quote for services during the client presentation. From there, we will schedule a kick-off meeting with you and your client’s stakeholders to discuss our engagement.
